S I Sealy shortlisted for Employer of the Year (Small Company) at the CIBSE Young Engineers Awards 2026

S I Sealy has been shortlisted for the Employer of the Year (Small Company) award at this year’s CIBSE Young Engineers Awards 2026.

The award recognises organisations that demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting, developing and inspiring the next generation of engineering talent. As part of the judging process, CIBSE considered how we mentor, train and develop our employees, while providing clear pathways for career progression and professional development.

At S I Sealy, investing in our people is a key part of our business. Through mentoring, structured training and ongoing knowledge sharing, we create opportunities for employees to develop their technical expertise and advance their careers. Over the past ten years, we have supported 16 engineers in achieving professional and technical qualifications.

Being shortlisted is recognition of our continued commitment to developing our people and supporting the future of young engineers.

The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony in London on 8 October 2026.
