S I Sealy shortlisted for Consultancy Practice of the Year at the IHEEM Healthcare Estates Awards

S I Sealy has been shortlisted for Consultancy Practice of the Year at the IHEEM Healthcare Estates Awards 2026.

The shortlist reflects a highly successful year for S I Sealy, during which we have delivered more than 120 healthcare projects across the UK, including major schemes such as Water Meadow View, Seren Lodge, multiple Community Diagnostic Centres and our involvement in the North Manchester General Hospital Regeneration Programme.

Adding to the celebrations, Seren Lodge has also been shortlisted for Refurbishment Project of the Year Award. Delivered for Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, Seren Lodge is a specialist eight-bed perinatal mental health unit designed to support mothers, babies and their families from across Cheshire, Merseyside and North Wales.
