Assistant Electrical Building Services Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the regions fastest growing consultancies, with opportunities to work in building services engineering design, decarbonisation of building in our new sustainability division “NetZeroUk.com”, building & energy modelling, REVIT, digital design (MagiCad) and to work in all sectors.

We are a previous HVR Consultancy of the Year and the CIBSE (Small) Employer of the Year.  We specialise in Building Information Modelling (REVIT), digital design engineering (MagiCAD MEP) and sustainable building services design through Building & Energy Modelling (EDSL-TAS). We are amongst the largest single office of specialist building services engineers in the Northwest, with over 30 building services engineers and a team of 7 building and energy modellers and REVIT technicians.

The Company is one of the leading practices in the Northwest and currently enjoy positions on over 20 regional and National consultancy frameworks, including; Parliamentary Estates Directorate (Houses of Parliament), NHS SBS (National framework for NHS Trusts), NHS NOE CPC, BBC Corporation, Construction Impact Framework (CIF), NEPO, PAGABO, Fusion 21, LHC, the Girls Day School Trust and Merseytravel.

We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Electrical Building Services Engineer to join our large and expanding team to work on a diverse range of projects across all sectors, both locally and nationally.

The candidate will work alongside the senior team of engineers and will be capable of working independently based on project requirements. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced consultants and engineers in a company that takes pride in its reputation and quality of work.

Experience with REVIT, MagiCAD or IES is an advantage but not essential, as training will be given.
