S I Sealy successful on the Your Housing Group Consultancy Services Framework
We are delighted to have been awarded a place on LOT A19 (Mechanical & Electrical Consultancy Services) on the Your Housing Group (YHG) Construction Consultancy Services Framework, to assist in the delivery of over £500 million worth of new developments planned over the next four years.
The new four-year framework gives us the opportunity to work on a range of social housing properties, private sale and specialist housing schemes such as extra care. YHG manages over 28,000 homes across the north-west of England, Yorkshire and the Midlands and is planning to build 4,000 new homes by 2024.
