S I Sealy awarded a place on the RISE Framework 2026
S I Sealy has been awarded a place on the RISE Framework 2026.
Having successfully demonstrated our technical expertise, best value and strong focus on social impact, we have been awarded a place on the Group 10 MEP Consultancy Lot for the new framework.
Established by Rise Construction Framework Ltd and in partnership with Regenda Limited, the framework will run from April 2026 to March 2030, providing a four-year procurement route for public sector organisations including NHS bodies, educational institutions, housing providers, local authorities and emergency services across the Northwest, North Wales and Yorkshire and the Humber.
The appointment to the framework also coincides with Rise’s 10th anniversary. Rise is a social business investing profits into community initiatives that help to tackle poverty and deprivation. During the past 10 years, Rise has generated over 100,000,000 worth of social return on investment and has directly supported over 100,000 individuals across the Northwest.
Daniel Madden, Director, commented: “Our appointment reinforces our commitment to delivering technically excellent and socially responsible MEP consultancy services across the regions in which we operate. We are looking forward to working again with RISE on this new framework and with public sector partners to deliver high-quality, future-ready projects that create lasting community impact.”
