S I Sealy appointed to Torus Consultants Framework
S I Sealy has been appointed to Lot 4 Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services on the Torus Consultants Framework, a four-year programme supporting the delivery of high-quality, affordable housing across the Northwest.
Led by Torus, one of the region’s largest housing groups, the £15 million framework is designed to deliver inclusive communities that prioritise affordability, sustainability, and design excellence. Since its formation in 2019, Torus has unified Liverpool Mutual Homes, Helena Partnerships, and Golden Gates Housing Trust, now managing a portfolio of 40,000 homes across Liverpool, Warrington, and St Helens, with a total footprint spanning 11 Local Authority areas.
The framework is structured into four lots:
- Lot 1: Employer’s Agent Services
- Lot 2: Architectural and Building Safety Services
- Lot 3: Structural Engineering
- Lot 4: Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
Our appointment to Lot 4 reflects our proven track record in delivering sustainable, efficient engineering solutions that enhance environmental performance while supporting cost-effective housing delivery.
Daniel Madden, Managing Director, commented “We’re delighted to be appointed to the Torus Consultants Framework. This opportunity reflects our continued commitment to supporting regeneration and community developments across the region. We look forward to bringing our expertise to projects that deliver meaningful, long-term benefits for residents and communities.”
