S I Sealy Appointed to CHIC Consultancy Framework
We have been appointed to the CHIC Consultancy Framework, securing a place on Lot 7 – Building MEP Surveying Services.
This four-year framework provides social housing providers and public sector organisations with a compliant route to access specialist consultancy services, supporting asset management, planned investment programmes and building improvement projects.
CHIC (Communities & Housing Investment Consortium) is a collaborative, not for profit, member owned and governed consortium that delivers compliant procurement solutions and commercial support to its members in partnership with the supply chain.
Our appointment reflects our technical expertise, quality management processes and proven delivery capability. Through our submission, we showcased our extensive experience in building services engineering for social housing providers and the wider public sector, as well as our robust approach to project delivery, deep understanding of regulatory compliance, and commitment to supporting clients with sustainable and cost-effective building services solutions.
