S I Sealy 2025 Review: Celebrating a Year of Growth, Recognition, and Innovation

As we near the end of 2025, it’s a wonderful moment to reflect on another landmark year for S I Sealy.

This year, our team continued to deliver excellence across building services engineering, sustainability, and digital design, growing our impact across the UK’s built environment. From framework appointments and long-service celebrations to award- nominations for our projects and team members, 2025 has given us plenty to celebrate.

2025 saw S I Sealy appointed to multiple prestigious frameworks, reinforcing our position as a trusted partner in delivering high-quality consultancy services. We were proud to mark several award recognitions such as being shortlisted for “Organisation of the Year” at the Unlock Net Zero Awards and again for the “Employer of the Year” at the CIBSE Young Engineers Awards.

Our people remained the cornerstone of our success. Throughout the year, we celebrated team promotions, welcomed new starters, recognised long-serving colleagues, and supported team members shortlisted for the Northwest Young Professional Awards, all reflecting the depth of talent, commitment, and expertise within S I Sealy.

A significant milestone this year was the completion of a management buyout, with Managing Director Daniel Madden becoming sole director. This strategic move secures S I Sealy’s independence and long-term direction, while laying strong foundations for future growth and continued innovation.
