We are proud to announce the promotion of five highly skilled and dedicated team members in recognition of their exceptional contributions to our company’s continued success this year.

Steve Kirby has been promoted to Principal Electrical Engineer, Mateusz Pulinski has been promoted to Principal Mechanical Engineer, David Percival has become Senior Electrical Engineer, and Joe Lightford and Sireen Fatima have progressed to Building Physics & Sustainability Engineer.

Our newly promoted Principal Electrical Engineer, Steve, has been with us since 2013 and has led the design and delivery of several major projects across various sectors, including the Capital Development Project and the modular outpatient building at The Royal Oldham Hospital. Steve will continue to work on a broad range of projects whilst mentoring other team members in his new role.

Mateusz re-joined our team in 2021 and has been promoted to Principal Mechanical Engineer. With expertise in Public Health and Mechanical system design, Mateusz has led our team on multiple healthcare projects, including the Chamber 1 plant room refurbishment and the new modular theatres at The Royal Bolton Hospital. His focus on healthcare applications and proficiency in BIM, Revit MEP, Dynamo, and Navisworks software make him an invaluable asset to our team.

Our new Senior Electrical Engineer, David, has demonstrated a solid commitment to his professional development. He completed his Building Services & Sustainable Engineer degree at The University of Central Lancashire last year and is working towards his Incorporated Engineer Status with the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IEng). David brings extensive experience across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, clean and controlled environments, and commercial projects.

Joe and Sireen, our newly promoted Building Physics & Sustainability Engineers, work within our Net Zero UK division, which has seen significant growth over the past year. Their promotions will enable them to play a more substantial role in delivering our decarbonisation projects, such as The Royal Oldham Hospital decarbonisation studies and Buckinghamshire New University.

Daniel Madden, Director, commented, “As we continue to grow, we are always looking to strengthen our offering by training, mentoring and promoting our staff. Each of them has shown exceptional dedication to their work and contributed significantly to the business’s success. Their promotions are a reflection of our commitment to recognising and rewarding the talent we have within the company.”
