Burnage Lane will consist of 56 one and two-bedroom apartments, café, treatment room, residential lounge, community gardens and a reception. The scheme provides good quality housing tailored to the needs of older residents whilst creating a great community environment.

M&E Design

We utilised ground source heat pumps in the M&E servicing strategy brief and design for Burnage Lane via a network of 120-metre-deep external boreholes. These were linked to heat pump units to provide heating and domestic water to each flat. We are overseeing the design and build of the new development that is set for competition in November 2020.
