Our team undertook a condition survey of three key buildings at the Bangor Business School site: the Frair Building, the Performing Arts Block, and the Annex Building.

The surveys comprised a detailed survey of the existing mechanical and electrical systems. The objective was to evaluate the current condition of these systems, highlight services that needed upgrading and determine the extent of upgrades required to meet modern standards and compliance requirements.

Following completion of the surveys, we produced a detailed condition report to the client which included, clear identification of systems in need of repair, replacement, or enhancement, recommendations for system upgrades, associated cost estimates and a proposed programme of works to implement the upgrades efficiently.
