Our team strengthens with three new starters

Our team has recently expanded with the addition of three new members, Stephanie Ezuma, Peter Grasby and Jordan Bartlett. Their skills and experience will strengthen our team as we continue to grow our client base.

Stephanie joins us as a Senior Building Physics & Sustainability Engineer for our Net Zero UK team, bringing extensive experience in building performance modelling and energy analysis across a wide range of sectors. She has a strong track record of delivering TM54 assessments, overheating analyses, daylighting studies, and Part L compliance assessments using IES VE. Stephanie holds a BSc in Architectural Technology & Construction Management and is accredited as both a Low Carbon Consultant and Level 5 Energy Assessor. Her expertise in integrating renewable technologies and supporting low-carbon design strategies makes her a valuable addition to our Net Zero UK team.

Peter joins as a Senior Mechanical Engineer with over 45 years of experience across multiple engineering sectors. He brings a wealth of knowledge in HVAC systems, containment ventilation and complex building services design. Peter has delivered high-profile, technically demanding projects and is recognised for his expertise in ultra-clean ventilation, environmental control and integrated engineering solutions. His depth of experience and leadership will play a key role in supporting our continued growth.

Jordan Bartlett joins as an Electrical Engineer, contributing strong experience in electrical design, lighting modelling and BIM delivery across residential, commercial and infrastructure projects. He holds a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Electrical Engineering and has worked on a diverse range of schemes, from large-scale social housing developments to complex healthcare and modular projects. Jordan’s practical experience in load assessments, cable calculations and lighting design ensures he is well positioned to support the delivery of efficient, high-quality electrical solutions.
