Indirasith joined S I Sealy in 2024 as a Senior Building Physics & Sustainability Engineer with over 18 years of experience in HVAC design and coordination.

He holds an MSc in Low-energy building services from Loughborough University, a BEng in Mechanical Engineering and is a member of several professional bodies such as ASHRAE, CIBSE and BREEAM (AG Certified).

He brings extensive knowledge in creating decarbonisation roadmaps for multiple projects involving building fabric enhancement, operational strategies, and renewable energy sources and conducting detailed feasibility studies on low-carbon technologies using ICL tools.

Indirasith’s knowledge and skills include Net Zero Carbon design strategies, renewable energy sources, embodied carbon calculations, energy-efficient HVAC design utilising passive design, IES-VE and IES-ICL software.
