Our People

Daniel has over 13 years of experience in Mechanical Building Services in a wide variety of sectors, including healthcare, residential, social housing, education, refurbishment, industrial and commercial. He completed his MSc in Building Service Engineering from Leeds Becket University in 2019 and his BEng (Hons) in Building Services and Sustainable Engineering from the University of Central Lancashire in 2015, both whilst working full time.

He brings extensive experience in Accurent Kycloud asset surveying software and project management software Aconex. Daniel has a particular interest and expertise in Ultraclean ventilation systems, HBN 04-01 Supplement 1 Isolation facilities in an acute setting for infectious patients and ventilation for neutropenic wards.

Daniel is an APS Accredited Principal Designer bringing a vast knowledge of planning, management, monitoring and coordinating health and safety during the pre-construction phase, and has recently achieved Chartered Engineer status, and became a Member of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers. He is now looking forward to future challenges, including recognition as a Fellow of the Institute of Healthcare Engineering and Estate Management and gaining qualifications as an Authorising Engineer (Ventilation).
