Building Services Designers, S I Sealy, has designed the building services for an exemplar sustainable refurbishment of a typical terraced house on Edith Avenue for Manchester City Council and Mosscare Housing Ltd.

Four sixth form colleges in Merton, London, where S I Sealy provided the detailed mechanical and electrical designs, have completed in time for the start of the new academic year.
