S I Sealy Shortlisted for Consultancy Team of the Year at the Insider Northwest Property Awards 2026

We’re proud to announce we have been shortlisted for Consultancy Team of the Year at the Insider Northwest Property Awards 2026.

These prestigious awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of the region’s property sector, recognising the people and organisations that design, develop, fund, build and manage the built environment across the Northwest.

Our shortlisting reflects the measurable impact of our specialist building services and sustainability expertise across a range of projects throughout the Northwest. Through the combined strengths of our MEP and Net Zero UK teams, we deliver a fully collaborative approach acting as designers, Net Zero coordinators, building physics specialists and energy modellers, helping clients move beyond compliance and achieve meaningful reductions in operational carbon.

This recognition highlights our work on projects including Water Meadow View, a highly specialised mental health facility designed around service-user wellbeing; StockRoom, a future-focused community hub bringing together a town-centre library, creative and digital spaces, event areas and bespoke accommodation for local businesses; and the refurbishment of the Grade II Listed J R Clynes Building, transformed into a multi-purpose civic facility with a pathway to achieving up to 65% carbon savings.

Daniel Madden, Managing Director commented: “We are delighted to be shortlisted for this award. It reflects the technical expertise, dedication and collaborative strength of our team, and we’re especially proud of the lasting value we deliver for our clients, whether that’s improving healthcare environments, reducing operational carbon, or extending the life of important historic public buildings.”

The winner will be announced at the awards ceremony on 14th May at Manchester Central.
