S I Sealy shortlisted for CIBSE YEA ‘Employer of the Year’ 2025

S I Sealy has been shortlisted for the ‘Employer of the Year’ Award at this year’s CIBSE Young Engineers Awards.

CIBSE looked at how we mentor, develop, and train our staff while defining clear pathways for career progression within our company. Along with assessing the opportunities we offer to enhance our engineers’ skills in our software solutions and their development within the local community.

At S I Sealy, we are always looking to continually develop our employees and provide significant opportunities for our staff members. We provide advanced training to all our staff and young engineers on our software solutions, and over the last ten years, we have supported 16 engineers to achieve formal professional and technical qualifications.

The winner will be announced at The University of London, Senate House awards ceremony on 9th October 2025.
