Richard brings over 19 years of experience across a range of sectors, with a strong focus on commercial, education, and healthcare projects. Beginning his career as a City & Guilds-qualified plumber, he advanced through on-site management roles, delivering complex mechanical installations.

In 2013, Richard undertook his HNC in Mechanical Engineering and transitioned into design, managing multi-million-pound projects and becoming proficient in AutoCAD and Revit. His precision and attention to detail led to his selection to develop and lead a company’s QA department.

Richard’s work across both consultancy and contractor roles brings deep technical expertise and a solution-focused approach to every project. His strong technical skills, leadership, and hands-on approach are instrumental in delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
