Stone Pavilion, Kent

We worked with Extraspace Solutions on this project, contracted by Acanthus LW Architects & Stone Parish Council to provide a steel framed modular building to accommodate council offices and a function room.

The finished building is a steel framed modular building extending to 370 m2, incorporating numerous environmentally-friendly features such as solar panels, under-floor heating and low energy lighting.

The project entailed the relocation of council staff to the new modular accommodation which features changing rooms and showers, in line with Sport England Guidelines, council offices and a club/function room.
