Grove Junior & Infant School, Essex

We worked on this project with Extraspace Solutions which included the provision of two extensions; one within Grove Junior School, 368m² and one within Grove Infant & Nursery School, 215m². Both projects were formed from the installation of 21 modular units.

The new extensions comprised of class rooms, staff rooms, cloakroom, WCs, lift and storerooms.

Other works included drainage connections and demolition works to tie into existing buildings.
